The villa is located 2.5 km from the town of Spello, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and surrounded by green hills among the olive trees that are characteristic of the local landscape. It is silent and secluded, offering visitors a corner of paradise for all those seeking tranquility, while visiting the most famous and characteristic locations in Umbria.
The Villa…
is surrounded by a fenced 4500 m2 garden, shared with the owners, with independent entrances. It is an ideal house for 7 guests, and particularly suitable for families.
It is located halfway up the hill, on the slopes of Mount Subasio, just a few kilometres from Assisi and the most beautiful tourist destinations in Umbria.
An ideal location for nature lovers, when leaving the gate of the villa you take a path that is surrounded by green hills, leading directly to the Prima Porta in Spello.
The house is equipped with a 2-car covered private parking space, and all the essential comforts.
The swimming pool (10×4, 5) will be open from June 1st to September 30th. Please contact the structure for any special request. There is an external shower, an external changing room cabin and an external bathroom cabin with a hot shower.
The Structure…
On the ground floor there is the dining room, a very spacious living room, from which you can access the swimming pool and the terrace, which is perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and all modern comforts. There are two bathrooms, one of which is outside on the patio.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Two of the 3 rooms have a safe.
